Biography

"Brother" or "Little Brother" is the term used to describe the ghost memories that HER had implanted into PUPPY during the majority of the game. PUPPY had been led to believe that he was supposed to be saving his long lost little brother whom the Heaven Elite had captured and had been using as a way to motivate PUPPY into doing their bidding. 

However in truth Brother never existed, at least not in the form of any human instead it was apart of the Big Brother Project with the goal of being able to keep PUPPY on HER's short leash to move him wherever she wanted to move him, like a carrot at the end of a stick for PUPPY to chase. 

By the end of the game PUPPY finds out that he never had a brother and the closest thing he has to a relative at all is BOSS who is a clone of. It is unknown how PUPPY felt about Brother or if he felt upset at the realization that it had all been a lie, although from Brothers' database entry it would seem that PUPPY believed he would have done anything for his Brother and acted that thought out.

So what's the real truth? Is the boss of Heaven your brother? Not really, but kind of. I made you believe in your brother just like I made him believe in me. The only difference is you had no choice. His choice was made for him by his lust for power. In the end, you're a free man - which you wouldn't be if it wasn't for me. Everything else matters only as much as you want it to.
