The BRT-LANCER is a heavy burst-fire railgun made available in Hell.

Practicality

The LANCER is a formidable weapon that can easily wipe out adds, and is surprisingly effective at clearing out suicide bomber type enemies due to its multiple projectiles and ability to destroy them in one hit. Its range and damage makes it incredibly useful against Heavy Cyborgs as outside of the projectile they are largely melee based giving and having the LANCER puts you at advantage against them even if it isn't much of one. The very high damage, unlimited range and velocity, and rapid fire rate make the LANCER one of the most effective weapons overall - the only downsizes are the chargeup delay of about one second, and being locked to firing nine shots volley per each firing.

Enduro-Sentai is a leading force behind portable railguns and particle weapon systems. The LANCER was an attempt to combine the rapid rate of fire from a machine gun with the unstoppable projectile of a railgun. And it kind of works. Instead of firing one super fast projectile that requires careful aim, you can just spray a focused burst of high energy particles that will burn through almost anything. Try dodging that punk!

Tips

While, yes, you are able to spray with the weapon with reckless abandon it is recommended to be accurate due to being ammo efficient and of course to land all nine rounds in the burst.
