Like many of Rengkok's gangs, Creeps are Third Children who have turned to crime. This particular outfit operates out of an old parking garage in Rengkok South, near the border between the 1st and 2nd District. They live like animals in the dank, darkness of that festering garage. And they fight like rabid animals as well. Brutal and ferocious, they use fists, feet, rebars, pipes, molotovs, guns, anything they can find. Behind the masks, their faces are often as gruesomely disfigured as their souls. A criminal gang made up entirely of Third Kids. They are led by Nerve, rumored to be a Third Kid himself. A stone cold killer, Nerve rules the CREEPS with an ironclad code and a steel fist. He has convinced his followers that he is saving their lives, but in the reality is he uses them to generate profits and if they die in the process he knows there are more where they came from.

Notable Members

Nerve

Nerve is the leader of the Creeps Gang, he was the founder of the game as well. He rules with an imperious set of rules and commands loyalty of his subordinates, a sense of Loyalty that extends to PUPPY when he became the new leader.

Jurek

A Head Hunting target, he is the Chief Recruiter for the Creeps Gang and is the right hand of sorts to Nerve. He was killed by PUPPY in the Creeps' Nest.

Donvius

A wanted man on the Head Hunt Questline, it is not clear why he joined the Creeps but his use of the Creeps' mask and his signature on their group photo would suggest he's a full member.

PUPPY

The new unwitting leader of the gang after defeating Nerve in single combat, however he is never shown really interacting with the gang after killing Wizard and the gang seems to be operating just fine without him, although they do occasionally take it upon themselves to help him in his fight against HEAVEN.

Trivia 

• The Creeps are the only faction that goes from enemies of PUPPY to Allies.
• The Creeps are the only enemy faction in game to give PUPPY an item that's not Karma, that being the Creeps' Photo.
• The Creeps are the only faction that PUPPY gains a new permanent weapon from, that being Nerve's sword.
