Creep's Parking Garage, also known as Creeps' Nest, is the current hangout of the Creeps gang.
Summary[]
The Creep's Parking Garage was a multi-leveled structure that serves as the base of operation for Nerve and his Creeps Gang, who control the north east territory of Rengkok South. The Parking Garage itself has several distinct floors, including an uppermost layer that is made of metal and reasonably kept up, however below that is the garage proper, a sprawling complex litered with gang members and full of broken down cars of all sort. It is much darker then the top level and mixes metal with concrete in several places. The final two floors of the Hideout is the Firehole, where Nerve has set up shop to lead the organization and it is ultimately here where Wizard meets his end.
After the death of Nerve, PUPPY becomes the new leader of the gang and although he doesn't actually do any real leading it is known that the gang continues its operations within Rengkok by the end of the game within the Parking Garage.

An old, underground parking garage on the border of 2nd and 1st district. The garage goes 30 levels deep, but barely anyone ventures down there. Its been the Creeps' lair for for as long as anyone can remember. Everyone knows it's dangerous, but no one dares do anything about it. Least of all the police.
