Biography

The Hag can always be found standing at the corner of a building talking to herself. When spoken to, she typically reveals some cryptic piece of information that can't be confirmed. Unlike the Iching Oracle's prophecies, which are pretty clear-cut and concern the immediate future, the Hag's ramblings typically concern the nature of reality and of PUPPY's journey.
