The Heavy Pistol is a pistol found shortly after starting a new game with New Game+ difficulty.
Practicality[]
The Heavy Pistol is one of the best handguns in the game if not the best. Its high damage and potential for staggering enemies makes it good against tougher opponents and melee units. Highly recommended and worth in its spot in New Game+.
Database Entry[]
Originally a solution for the "Yoshi Robot Uprising" in 2080, Heaven Industries introduced a custom .401 round with a special JACKETED lead bullet. The bullet itself is coated in a Tungsten/Uranium alloy that allows the bullet to penetrate heavily armored surfaces. It was soon issued to the Hanzo Police Force to combat the Yoshi robots. It wasn't long before the Yoshi Machines ceased hostile function, and were reduced to a more passive aggressive work ethic instead. Today the ammo is used in modified "Heavy Pistols" mostly by Private Security and various Criminal Organizations.

- Despite being labeled a revolver, the Heavy Pistol has a fairly high ammo capacity and more closely resembles an oversized semi-auto pistol.
