Hooligan and her alliance look for ways to loosen the grip of Heaven on Rengkok South. You can help them by finding and hacking C.A.T.S.; cat-shaped surveillance devices with malicious intent. In exchange PUPPY can access alliance stashes hidden throughout levels.
