The Iching Oracle is an oracle who tells fortunes in exchange for obsolete coins.
Biography[]
If thrown three coins, three of which can be found each level as part of Iching Fortune, the Oracle will make a prediction of things to come. Unlike the Hag, whose premonitions are based around the nature of reality and the broader situation, the Iching Oracle's predictions concern the immediate future and fairly closely resemble what actually happens.

An ancient Chinese oracle for today. Connected to the flow of KARMA, she sees all and knows all. Some believe she's actually one of Heaven's inventions, manufactured for the sole purpose of collecting old coins. Why would Heaven care about collecting that obsolete medium of exchange? Beats me. But there's no end to the suckers who want to see into the future. That's for damn sure.
