A digital currency that defines the entire life of a Rengkok resident, Karma is gathered by PUPPY to unlock new skills. While most of PUPPY's activities would cause him to hemorrhage Karma, HER and Mechanix have modified his Citizen Chip so he can obtain the Karma of people he kills and can't be tracked by it.

The currency in Rengkok City, part of Heaven's Citizen Management System. The more Karma you have, the higher your citizen status, and the more and better stuff you can have. Karma is accumulated by citizens for - catch! - choices and behaviors approved by the system. It can be lost for unauthorized behaviors like a prohibited hair style or... murder! Don't worry, I found a back door. I sneak in before each enemy you kill goes offline. I snatch the Karma and stack it in your account. So you can get new gadgets and upgrades. How awesome is that?
