Mechanix is a friendly character living in Rengkok South. He runs a motorcycle repair shop, and took pity on PUPPY as he collapsed in the southern alleyways of the district.

Biography

Nothing is really known about the background of the Mechanix besides the fact that he has a very sketchy past, a sketchy enough that HER is able to force him to help PUPPY whenever he needs help due to the looming threat of exposure hanging over his head. HER also writes that he looks like he is using Steampunk Era technology, although it isnt clear if that's when the Mechanix was born or not.

During the main game the Mechanix is called on several times to help PUPPY, ranging from when he found PUPPY dying in the street, to when he reprogrammed the pod that TrafficKing floats in, in order to force him to obey PUPPY and HER. Ultimately after that the Mechanix feverently claims he can no longer help PUPPY no matter what dirt HER has on him simply because PUPPY was drawing to much attention to Rengkok South and he did not want to be mixed up in it for his own good.

Appearance

Mechanix wears a cluncky yellow goggled steampunk era helmet which is covered in wires and other such Gizmos as well as a red flannel work shirt that had a name tag on it that reads "Piston" as well as a waistband around his lower abdomen that says the same thing. His right arm is mechanical, replaced with an old looking baige arm that is hooked up to the helmet via wires. Physically the Mechanix is short and pale skinned with rough skin and a slightly unkempt mustache and beard and sports a red eye with a green iris and a normal brown eye.

A grumpy old pain in the ass, enhanced in almost every way possible. He runs a motorbike repair shop in Rengkok South and has been around so long he knows every electronic system there is inside and out. In fact, he's such an antique, his implants were probably designed during the steampunk era. He can build any gadget or upgrade you can imagine. For a man of his talents, he keeps a strangely low profile. Clealy, the man has his secrets.
