Rustam is a former police officer who is now a street-level information dealer in Rengkok South.

Biography

Given his previous job, Rustam's Karma score should allow him to live comfortably in one of the higher-level districts. His business (and drinking habits), however, lead him to spend most of his time on a barstool in the slums. Despite his surly demeanor he's now one of the most reliable sources of information most people have access to in Rengkok South.

PUPPY goes to meet Rustam in the aftermath of his attack on Heaven to get the location of Wizard. While talking, Rustam also makes a deal to give PUPPY the locations of several bounty heads and collect the reward when he kills them in exchange for an even split.
