TrafficKing is one of the Heaven Elite and controls the Hanza Compound. Officially, he's second-in-command to the BOSS but given that the Sick Sisters seem to be more powerful than him it's possible this is just because they aren't official employees.

Biography

Rumored to be at least 200 years old, TrafficKing is certainly an incredibly old man; kept alive through numerous cybernetic and biochemical treatments he's now little more than a decrepit head and shoulders, and requires a hovering vehicle to move himself around.

Some time before 2091 he formed a conspiracy with Wizard and the Sick Sisters to kill BOSS and take over Heaven. Unwittingly playing into BOSS's own plans, the attempt on his life by his clone, PUPPY, failed and Wizard went to hide from any blowback. TrafficKing stuck to his work in the Hanza Compound until PUPPY tore through it looking for his brother. This led him to TrafficKing and, after a battle, PUPPY enabled HER to take some physical control of an irate TrafficKing as they needed his bio-signature to make it through Hell.

Forcing TrafficKing to help them through Hell by electric shock, PUPPY and HER made him hover over red-hot heat sinks to shut them off, causing him to seemingly burn to death. He was secretly recovered by the Sick Sisters and placed on a heavy cyborg body but was then enslaved to their will. He fought PUPPY in this form and was finally killed off for good.

Now I get why they call him the head of this place. He has no body. That can happen if you live too long. Rumor has it he's 200 years old. Heavy experimentation and the constant messing with his body eventually led to its degradation. All that's left is his fat, ugly head. Since then he's become one with Hanza, his brain connected directly to all the circuits, software, and data.

The head will be our key to the otherwise inaccessible depths of the Imagination Farms. It all works on his biosignature, so we're pretty darn lucky!

Poor old King, betrayed by his kin, died doing the right thing, for a change. I will miss his continuous whining but we have more important matters to attend to.

Shithead doesn't know when to die. Sick Sisters resurrected him as a cyborg but you kicked his ass, puppy! Hopefully for good this time.
