Summary[]
Techno Dogs were a for hire security division owned and operated by ArmsTech and, in the game Ruiner, they are the rank-and-file paid security force for HEAVEN's subsidiary Hanza Compound, taking their orders from its overseer, TrafficKing. They are King's first line of defense when PUPPY assaults the compound, and had also fended off many Creeps who had invaded the facility out of loyalty PUPPY as their new boss. They are commanded in the field by Captain Bogdan.

Industrial variants of the general guard units. Employed by Arms Tech, a security company specializing in industrial complexes, they're aggressive and fast to react. Some recruits are augmented with special respiratory filters enabling them to stay in toxic industrial environments and/or superconductive muscle fiber for improved reaction time.

Functionally Techno Dogs present themselves as direct upgrades to traditional Guards, having general faster movement and better aim and health. Whilst it is possible to out duel a gang of Techno Dogs with just guns, their weapons generally aren't strong enough to stop puppy from taking advantage of their weak melee capabilities. In New Game + however its recommended that a hit and run approach is used as they are given far superior weapons.
